a month
since I
purchased my
1994 Toyota
Supra TT
from Daniel
and
Valerie.
The purchase
of this car
has been a
long
standing
dream of
mine. After
many years
of research,
planning and
saving my
pennies the
time came to
actively
search for
that 'One'
car. I
spent 6
months
looking both
in Canada
and in the
United
States. I
quickly
found out
that finding
a quality
car in
Canada was
going to be
near
impossible.
There was
only a few

generation.

" The Toyota
Supra has
been my
dream car
for many
years. I was
looking
every day
after my
dream car in
Norway/Europe,
but I could
not find the
car I
wanted.
Then I found
the car on
VIPimports,
this was the
one I
wanted. But
the car was
in America,
and I was in
Norway.
After
talking to
Daniel I
decided to
make an
offer on the
car, but I
was still
skeptical
about buying
the car
unseen.
Daniel
helped me
arrange the
International
transportation
and was very
familiar
with the
process of
international
shipping.
When the
transport
day came,
there was an
misunderstanding
between the
transport
company and
me. They had
sent an open
transport
carrier and
where going
to send the
supra to the
east coast.
The driver
of the
transport
carrier did
not care
about the
car and
started
placing his
hands on the
paint and
rubbing on
it. Daniel
asked him to
please not
touch the
paint, then
the driver
got mad at
Daniel and
said to him
"
Trust me
once it is
out of your
hands it is
going to get
completely
dirty and
you won`t
know the
difference
on wheter
I`ve had my
hands on it
or not"
Daniel then
told the
driver that
he wasn`t
going to
transport
this car and
left.
Most sellers
would be
just happy
about the
car leaving(
its not
their
problem any
more) but
not Daniel.
I am very
glad that
Daniel
stopped the
driver of
the
transport
carrier.
After
talking to
the shipping
company,
they where
sorry about
how the
driver
acted. After
this
everything
went ok and
I got the
car in Oslo,
Norway.
The car was
better than
I had
imagined,
what a car.
I am very
happy about
the car.
Daniel said
it was a
perfect car,
and he was
right. There
is no
problem
buying the
car unseen
from Daniel.
I will
highly
recommend

Let me start
off by
stating that
Daniel and
Valerie are
the most
genuine-personable
people you
could
possibly
meet. Oh
hold on I
did not get
to meet them
in person…
but
many-many
phone calls
throughout
the process
I truly felt
like I knew
them.
My deal with
VIP took
about 2
months in
the
process. I
first
spotted the
car on eBay
where he was
already
getting a
lot of trade
offers so I
thought hey
why not I
give it
shot.
Daniel did
not dismiss
me as
serious
buyer. This
was my very
first time
trading in a
car and then
buying
another. I
was totally
clueless
about how to
get the deal
started let
alone get it
completed.
Daniel was
extremely
patient with
my numerous
questions
and constant
phone
calls. I
was a bit
picky and
wanted the
exterior of
the Supra
back to a
stock look.
The car had
a TRD hood
and Greddy
Lip which he
changed for
me to have
it the way I

When I decided
it was time to
move from my
single turbo 95
Supra to a C6
Vette, my
mechanic
recommended VIP
as the best way
to get a good
price. As we
Supra owners
know, the 'book'
price and the
actual market
price are very
different. Good
luck getting a
fair price from
a dealer.
Sure enough,
Daniel and I
quickly came to
agreement on a
price. I asked
if he'd be
willing to kick
some money back
to me if he sold
it for a good
price. We did
not write out a
contract, but
instead just
established a
gentlemen's
agreement.
In the meantime,
I found that
Daniel also
sells Vettes,
and I ended up
buying a really
nice 2005 Z51
from him at a
very low markup.
I wanted to have
my mechanic
inspect the car,
and he drove it
to Seattle for
the inspection.
My mechanic
pronounced it
perfect, as
promised.
A
month or so went
by and a letter
arrived from
Daniel. It was a
check for
$1,000,
representing the
'extra value' he
obtained from
sale of the
Supra.
