2007 Corvette Z06 In Black w/Ebony Leather, 6-Speed, Loaded with 2LZ pkg,
Navigation, On-Star Competition Gray Wheels - Taxes have been paid!
This Z06 was purchased as the owner's personal car and only has accumulated
300 miles. Only the owner has driven it to ensure the first 500 miles are
within the recommended break-in protocol. This Z06 is a 50 State Legal
Emissions Legal car, including California, as shown on the emissions sticker
on the hood (pictured below) and to be verified by the buyer.
The taxes for this Z06 have been paid and we have the title in hand. This
Z06 Comes with every available option including: 2LZ, Navigation, Bose
System, Free 1st Year of On-Star, XM Satellite, Hand Free Cell Phone, and
Competition Gray Wheels. The car also comes with freshly applied 3M Clear
bra (nose, mirrors, behind front tires, and along rocker panel) and tinted
windows (30% sides 20% back), Braided Steel Brake Lines (not installed),
Lloyds Z06 Floor Mats, and a custom car cover, which were $2,000.
It is our opinion that the Z06 in black on black w/ competition gray wheels
is the best looking combination produced. The car looks very mean in black
and the competition gray wheels provide the perfect amount of contrast while
being dark enough to really accentuate those big brake calipers and rotors.
If your considering the polished wheels, our advice would be to avoid them.
We noticed on our 2006 Z06 that within months they became fogged looking due
to a problem with the clear coating GM utilized. This is a known problem
discussed on several of the forums.
A couple of unique features of this specific car include the Vin No. which
is 1G1YY26E175101001. Not sure exactly how to decode Chevrolet Vins, but was
thinking it may possibly be the 1st 2007 Z06 produced?? Either way, it is
kind of a cool Vin number. The car also has one other unique feature, which
is in competition mode the exhaust baffles open at idle. Don't know why this
is as it came from the factory this way. From what I've been told, in
competition mode the baffles are supposed to open at 500 RPM's lower from
3500 to 3,000. Not sure why it is different on this car, but I like it
because the sound at idle with the baffles opened is deeper and much
improved.
This Z06 has just 300 miles on it, which were mostly put on during the
commute home from the dealership and to take in for window tinting, clear
bra application, etc. I am meticulous about engine break-in so the RPM's
have been varied and kept under 5,000 per the dealerships recommended
break-in procedure for the first 500 miles.
The adjusted market price window sticker was just over $102K. The owner paid
$82,900 for this Z06, which he has the contract showing.
Every document that came with the car is included down to the factory new
car interior decals, as well as the original window sticker, DVD, CD's,
manuals, and both key fobs with one still in the original package. Also
included are Braided Steel Brake lines (never installed), a custom car
cover, LLoyds, Z06 Floor Mats, and Z06 Chrome License Plate Frame.
Above are detailed pictures of this Z06, including the last 3, which were
recently taken for a prospective buyer to show the car as it sits today in
the owner's shop.
